All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear in the system after your package has been handed off to the carrier.

Estimated Delivery Time 

Estimated delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, customs clearance, local courier performance, and peak shipping periods.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our facility due to such errors, we will contact you to arrange reshipment — additional shipping charges may apply.

Marked as Delivered, But Not Received

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order, please first contact your local delivery provider (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, etc.) to verify the delivery details and check around your property or with neighbors.

After doing so, please contact us at support@qflexzone.com with your order number and any relevant information. We will do our best to assist with a resolution. Refunds may not be available in these situations, but we will review each case individually.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes 

Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages 

If a package is refused by the customer or left unclaimed at a local post office in the destination country, it may be considered abandoned or destroyed by the courier. In such cases, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements.
